Domestic Cleans start from £15.00 per hour. We will bring our own branded cleaning products unless you state otherwise and choose for us to use your own, favourite brands. Should you require us to bring additional cleaning products or have specific requirements, then please do let us know in advance.
Commercial Cleans start from £20 per hour
We can use either your own products that you like or we can bring our own for a small fee. We generally use your own products and equipment to avoid any cross contamination between customer properties. If you do need your cleaner to bring products or equipment, this can be arranged so please let us know in advance.
Yes, at Cerys Lee Cleaning Services we provide you with the same cleaner each week. We understand that relationships matter and we want you to know who is visiting you each time a cleaner is required. We would also inform you should the cleaner not be available for any reason.
You do have the option to pay via Bank Transfer, Standing Order or Cash on the day.
Yes, absolutely! We will take notes from you on the very first visit or prior to visiting you. Your cleaner(s) will then work through this list and get as much done as they can in the time allotted. If any request is deemed unreasonable then we can discuss in further detail and come to a resolution where possible.
Here at Cerys Lee Cleaning we want to have happy customers so if for any reason some standards are not as expected, then please speak to the cleaner direct and if the situation needs looking into further then please just let us know so we can rectify any issues. We will always aim to please and meet the customer requirements within reason and wish for long term relationships with all our clients.
If you wish to provide your cleaner with a key to your property, this will be an arrangement between yourself and your cleaner. This would only be necessary should you not be there an we encourage you to take note of the cleaners name an obtain a signature. Any clients wanting to provide property access, would have to provide security details too which we keep on file.
